I gave you good seeds
This painting reminds me of pomegranate or watermelon seeds. I find it quite beautiful (a complete accident BTW!!).
In the movie Oh, God, George Burns playing God tells his earthly delegate (played by John Denver) to keep trying to make the world better because “I gave you good seeds”. On a surface level this meant that the message God had shared with him was a powerful one and would grow. But I take a deeper meaning from this. God, whether he exists or not, gave us a beautiful planet, brimming with possibilities, a magnificent brain with which to figure it out, and the power to love other people—in other words—“good seeds”. The fact that we have messed it up so horribly is our own fault.
My painting is suggesting that good seeds can lead to beauty and happiness and the world can be a nice place.
